Between Practice and Research: Conference on the Democratization of Work in the Realm of Transfer Research    [18.12.25]

Niels Grote nimmt an der EuroDem Conference 2026 vom 26.-27.02.2026 an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum teil. Gemeinsam mit Martin Möller, Birgit Apitzsch und Caroline Ruiner entstand das Beitragspapier "Democratic organization of mobility? Cooperatives of self-employed workers in the transport of persons and goods between representative and direct industrial democracy", dass Formen von industrieller Demokratie in Kurier-, Express- und Paketdienst- sowie Taxi-Genossenschaften untersucht. Das Papier, dass im Kontext des DFG-Forschungsprojekts "Genossenschaften als neue Arbeitsmarktorganisationen für externe Erwerbstätige - Revitalisierung der Wirtschaftsdemokratie?" entstanden ist, wird von Martin Möller, Birgit Apitzsch und Niels Grote präsentiert. Die EuroDem Conference wird im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts „Workplace democracy: a European ideal? Discourses and practices about the democratization of work after 1945” (EURO-DEM) organisiert.
