Student Assistant

Daniel Govorusic is studying for a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Behaviour. He also completed his Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the University of Hohenheim. He wrote his thesis on the new directive on pay transparency and employee pay determination. His interests lie in the transformation of work, shaped by digitalization and new forms of work.
Since October 2024, he has been supporting the chair as a research assistant, particularly in the preparation of lecture materials and research.
