Caroline Ruiner and Matthias Klumpp have just published an article in the journal Industrielle Beziehungen entitled " Workforce between Autonomy and Control – Effects of Digitalization on

Employment Relationships in the Logistics Industry". On the basis of survey results investigating truck drivers as well as delivery cyclists in urban food logistics, they analyze the perception of autonomy and control and the resulting effects on the design of industrial relations.
