ICSR-Contribution Accepted for Publication [15.02.24]
It's great to have contributions accepted for publication! The article titled "The role of internal CSR in guiding the digitalisation of work" will be published in the International Journal of Corporate Social Responsibility.In the context of the increasing use of digital technologies in the workplace and the various reported positive and negative impacts on employees, this article examines the effects of internal social responsibility (ICSR) measures and the digitalization of work. The findings are based on a structured literature analysis. A total of 57 articles are analyzed in terms of their contribution to the literature on digital transformation and ICSR. The results suggest that ICSR is partially implemented reactively to mitigate negative impacts of digitalization in the workplace, and partially proactively to prevent them.
