We are delighted that our contribution to the EuroDem Conference at Ruhr-University Bochum on February 26-27, 2026, has been accepted.

Our paper “Democratic organization of mobility? Cooperatives of self-employed workers in the transport of persons and goods between representative and direct industrial democracy” examines the forms of industrial democracy that are emerging in cooperative courier, express, service, and taxi companies. The paper was written as part of the DFG research project “Cooperatives as new labor market organizations for external workers – revitalizing economic democracy?” [Link] and will be presented by Martin Möller (RUB).
